Boating School es un episodio de la primera temporada.
Argumento
Bob Esponja se emociona porque va a conducir a la Escuela de botes de Mrs. Puff's. Si lo pasa, recibe su licencia. En primer lugar, debe pasar la fase oral del examen. Como Bob ha tomado 37 cursos, responde las preguntas, incluso antes de que le preguntan. Sin embargo, tiene pánico en el botemovil por lo que conduce y choca en un faro, y la señora Puff se infla. Esa noche, Bob se queja de su fracaso. Mientras, Patrcio le habla a Bob por un radio usando ropa de Bob Esponja. Patricio intenta animar a Bob con una "sorpresa" (llamándose así Patricio Cuadrado) pero Bob sigue deprimido. Bob le explica lo que le pasa a Patricio, y menciona que el necesita ayuda para pasar el examen de navegación. Cuando Patricio planea algo, decide ponerle un radio a Bob en la cabeza para que Bob escuche a Patricio, cubriéndolo con un sombrero vaquero.
Al día siguiente, Bob Esponja vuelve a tomar el examen nuevamente. Cuando Puff le pregunta a Bob como prender el bote, Bob sintió pánico, pero Patricio le da la orden. Luego, Patricio le sigue dando las pistas a Bob Esponja mediante un telescopio, y Puff se alegra por esto. Cuando llegan al final, Puff cree que Bob tiene una antena en su cabeza, por lo que Puff dice "es hacer trampa". Bob se pone todo loco por hacer trampa, y Puff trata desesperadamente de detenerlo. Cuando Patricio se da cuenta de esto, corre de la casa de Bob. Ya son 39 pruebas de manejo, y Bob no lo aprueba otra vez. Al pasar esto, Puff va al hospital, y Bob se topa con Gary, que le da su monociclo, al final dicen ir al hospital a sorprender a alguien.
